"Woodland Haven"
This painting was inspired by some lovely woods near my home in the Peak District and the changing colours of amber, copper and red. Sunlight plays through beautiful leaves creating dappled light, while the delicate textures created with a palette knife contrast with the dramatic tones of the shadows.
