Enchanted Spring
"Enchanted Spring" was inspired by a lovely forest close to my studio in the Peak District. My inspiration begins with walks through the beautiful forest where I live close to the natural world. This is the foundation of a creative process and continues with intuitive imaginative development of the painting.
Light falls through beautiful leaves with bright colours as though sunrays are filtering through the trees and the delicate textures create a forest floor flooded with flowers.
