By the Tranquil Shore
In this piece, I created the textures of a seaside cove with a palette knife and worked impasto to evoke a mood of serenity whilst mingling impressionism with a touch of expressionism. I layered the hues and textures of a coastal scene to invite viewers into a space of calm introspection, where land meets water in a dance of reflection and light.
